Online Bereavement Counselling from Surrey

Location and Contact

Online Therapy Based in Surrey, United Kingdom

I'm based in Surrey, currently offering remote therapy via Zoom or FaceTime video, phone or text-based communication. Text sessions can take place through email or Zoom chat, depending on your needs.

Although I work remotely, I plan to offer in-person sessions in the future, covering areas from Runnymede to Richmond. Watch this space for updates.

How to Get Started

Step 1: Reach Out.

Email me or leave a voicemail. I’ll respond within 24 hours on weekdays or Monday if you contact me over the weekend.

I accept both self-referrals and referrals from professionals including GPs, dental surgeries, social prescribers, health coaches, university wellbeing services or other therapists. If you’d like to discuss a potential referral or need more information for someone you're supporting, feel free to get in touch. You can download the Referral Form here.

Step 2: Free Consultation.

We’ll arrange a free 15-20-minute call, with no obligation to continue.

Step 3: Let’s Talk.

We’ll explore what you’re hoping for from therapy. You can ask questions and raise any concerns about the process.

Step 4: Paperwork.

If we agree to begin, I’ll send a contract and intake form, both screen reader friendly. Ideally, they’re completed before we have a session. If anything feels unclear, we can use part of session one to go through it together. Both must be finished by the end of session one for counselling to continue.

Your information stays secure and follows GDPR. Confidentiality is central to our work, with clear exceptions around risk or safeguarding. I don’t record sessions. Any notes I keep are anonymised and stored safely.

Most clients begin within a week of returning their paperwork.

 Step 5: First Session.

Once everything’s in place and scheduled, we’ll begin your first full session.

Not quite ready?

That’s alright. You can change your mind at any time. Reaching out is a big step and you’re under no pressure to move forward before you feel it’s right for you, even after we’ve spoken. Whether you’re looking to begin therapy, weighing your options, or just curious about how it works, you’re very welcome to get in touch. If you’re currently in therapy and feel unsure about how to move forward, I’m happy to have a chat.
